We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement. To start, email us at raivence.contact@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue (a photo or quick video helps us resolve it faster).

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order on arrival. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.

Refunds
Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products and shipping, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and in many situations a return won't be necessary. If a return is required, we'll send you instructions on where to ship the item. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
